Chet Wilke, CEO, Managing Broker, is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker supporting his clients and customers in real estate since 1979 and has been practicing commercial real estate in North Texas since 1990. Chet is the firm's CEO and managing partner, and formed our legendary "Realty Advisor Team".

Educated in Real Estate, Business and Communications, Mr. Wilke has a degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and serves on the board of AmeriStar Commercial, Inc., AmeriStar Group Corporation and other firms.

Listed in Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in America with a long list of credentials, Chet Wilke practices real estate and lives up to his reputation of "Legendary Performance" every day for every client.

Chet Wilke produced and hosted "Your Real Estate Advisor" on Texas Cable News (TV 38) and aired 86 shows in 2001 as a Consumer Advocate on TXCN. Chet Wilke produced and hosted "Your Real Estate Advisor", a weekly radio real estate show on 105.3 FM "Live Talk". As a real estate advocate, the show aired Sunday's at 1pm to service the consumer and benefited Habitat for Humanity for two years.

Christa Wilke

Christa Wilke, Vice President, with AmeriStar Commercial, Inc. serves      the Austin and San Antonio metro market areas in a marketing capacity.   Christa has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Texas, Tyler with a Marketing Major.  


She has been practicing real estate since 2014 with extensive experience in property leasing and management as General Manager of two Austin area office buildings and brings over eight years of customer service experience to serve our clients. 
Christa based in Austin joins AmeriStar Commercial and Car Wash Advisors to serve the Austin and San Antonio metro areas assisting customers and clients as our marketing Associate.
