Al Taghizadeh, Broker Associate, has been advising clients in commercial and residential real estate in the Dallas Metropolitan Area since 1990. His experience is in property management, office management, foreclosed properties, land development of both residential and commercial properties, and is involved in multi-unit apartment complexe acquisitions.

Amin Shalwani’s, Associate, expertise is valuation and portfolio analysis of investment grade real estate. Amin has a diversified background and experience in research, portfolio strategy, market assessment, property acquisition, deposition analysis, lease analysis and transaction structuring. Amin has 5 years experience as an Assistant Controller with DFW Area Hotels.

Doug Reece, Doug Reece, Real Estate Consultant, has been actively engaged in the real estate industry for over ten years. He is a life long resident of the Dallas area, whose knowledge of the building and land business in the North Texas area is extensive. He is experienced in retail leasing, and office building construction. His success in the profession has been based largely on his ability to advise client's on their individual needs. Doug's background, in management and research, enables him to provide invaluable due diligence to his clients. He is a former U.S. Navy Captain, (22 years of service), and has worked in the flight operations of a major air line. Crystal Threadgill, Office Manager, started her real estate
career in January 2004 and is a licensed Realtor and the office manager for
AmeriStar Real Estate. Crystal is currently working on her Business Degree at
the University of Texas at Dallas. She manages the Associates, the $60,000,000+
listing inventory, eight websites and tracks the closing transactions for the
firm.
